Return & Refund Policy

At Spectator Blankets, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the custom nature of our print-to-order sublimated blankets, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds.

 

Custom Print-to-Order Sublimated Blankets

Since these blankets are made to order, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. Please double-check your order for accuracy (design, name, number, size, etc.) before placing it. All custom sublimated orders are final sale.


In-Stock Nubay Plush, D-Luxe, and Lite Overruns

We accept returns on these items as long as the blankets are returned in their original packaging and in resellable condition. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.


Damaged or Defective Products

If your blanket arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Return Request
    Complete our online return form and include clear photos of the damage or defect.

  2. Review Process
    We will review your request and, if the issue qualifies, offer either a replacement or a refund.

  3. Shipping
    A return shipping label will be provided. The item must be shipped back before a refund or replacement is processed.


Factory Seconds

Occasionally, during production, blankets may have minor blemishes or fabric imperfections. These are sold at a discounted rate as factory seconds.

  • Each flaw is cataloged and photographed for your review before purchase.

  • These blankets are sold as-is, and no returns or refunds will be accepted.


Refund or Replacement Options

If your product qualifies for a return or refund, you may choose from the following:

  • Full Refund: Refund of the wholesale cost, including the original shipping fee.

  • Replacement Blanket: If a replacement is available, we’ll ship a new blanket to you.


Final Return Policy Notes

  • Our return policy applies only to damaged or defective products on custom prints.

  • Minor color variations are normal, especially for sublimated and custom-printed items. Returns for color discrepancies are not accepted.

  • Sublimated blankets are made using a different process than our original factory prints and may differ in look and feel.

  • Color matching is not available. Blankets are printed using the exact color profiles provided in your photo or requested by the schools design. Variations may occur between screen display and print. Returns are nor accepted for due to color preferences. 


Shipping Policy

In-Stock Inventory

Products listed as in-stock, including limited pieces from our Nubay Soft™ collection and factory seconds, are ready to ship with no production time required.

  • Orders typically leave our facility within 5–7 business days.

  • You’ll receive tracking details once your package ships.

Made-to-Order Sublimated Prints

Custom sublimated blankets ordered through Shopify are made to order.

  • Please allow 2–3 weeks for production and delivery.

  • Each piece is printed individually with custom design elements like names, numbers, and colors.

  • Tracking info will be sent once the item ships.
